Into Fruition is strictly for users 13 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

If we discover a user is under 13, we will immediately delete their account and all associated data.

All users have the right to:

• Access — Request a copy of your personal data
• Correct — Fix inaccurate information we hold
• Delete — Request complete erasure of your data ("Right to be Forgotten")
• Portability — Receive your data in a structured format
• Object — Opt out of specific types of processing
• California (CCPA) — We do not sell your data. You have full deletion and disclosure rights.

Submit data requests to: privacy@intofruition.app. Response within 30 days.

We only collect data that is strictly necessary to provide the Service:

• No third-party advertising networks or tracking pixels
• No selling or brokering of your personal information
• No behavioral profiling for ad targeting
• AI features process your content only to generate responses — not to train models

• All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
• Each user account is fully isolated — you can only access your own data
• Payment processing via Stripe — we never store card numbers
• Restricted administrative access with audit controls
• Security monitoring for anomalous activity
• In the event of a breach, we will notify affected users as required by law

Our AI features are powered by third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google). We disclose:

• Your inputs are sent to AI providers only to generate your responses
• We do not use your data to train AI models
• AI outputs are not professional advice (mental health, legal, financial, or medical)
• AI features can be used to generate motivational content — not to surveil, score, or judge users

The following are strictly prohibited on Into Fruition:

• Harassment, threats, or abuse of other users
• Attempting to access or extract other users' data
• Using AI features to generate harmful or deceptive content
• Creating accounts for children under 13
• Fraudulent payment activity or chargebacks abuse
• Automated scraping or bot abuse of the Service

Enforcement actions may include warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination. Severe violations may be reported to law enforcement.

We take all reports seriously and will investigate within 5 business days.
