Plain English Summary: Use this app lawfully and respectfully. Don't misuse AI features, share others' data, or use the app if you're under 13. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms. You own your content.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Into Fruition (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Vallie Creations LLC ("we", "us", "Company").

2. Eligibility

⚠ You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.

If you are between 13 and 17, you must have parental consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to terminate any account we believe belongs to a minor under 13.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may NOT:

  • Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others
  • Upload or share content that is illegal, obscene, or violates others' rights
  • Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Use automated bots or scripts to scrape or abuse the Service
  • Use AI features to generate illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent (except as expressly permitted)
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

5. AI Features — Responsible Use

Into Fruition offers AI-powered features including accountability coaching, motivational content, and productivity insights. You acknowledge:

  • AI-generated content is not professional advice (mental health, legal, financial, or medical)
  • You are responsible for decisions made based on AI suggestions
  • AI features must not be used to generate harmful, hateful, or deceptive content
  • We reserve the right to disable AI access for users who abuse these features

6. Your Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create in Into Fruition (projects, ideas, notes, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display your content solely as needed to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for advertising.

Our trademarks, logos, software, and Service design are the exclusive property of Vallie Creations LLC.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a subscription basis
  • All charges are non-refundable unless required by law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of your account
  • Physical product orders are subject to our separate Fulfillment & Return Policy

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Trust & Safety Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate any violations of these Terms. Enforcement actions may include:

  • Warning the user
  • Temporary suspension of account access
  • Permanent account termination
  • Reporting to law enforcement where required

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of enforcement actions unless doing so would compromise a security investigation.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vallie Creations LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify users of material changes in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of incorporation of Vallie Creations LLC, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Third-Party Quotes & Attribution

Into Fruition displays curated inspirational quotes, affirmations, and reflection prompts within the app. Where applicable, quotes are attributed to their respective authors and are used solely for personal inspiration and educational purposes. Into Fruition does not claim ownership of any third-party quotes. All original affirmations and reflection prompts are the intellectual property of Vallie Creations LLC.
